Hi, my name is Debbie Russell-Harp, Owner/Operator of Faces & More.

My career in the beauty industry dates back some 20 years. I have always held an interest in the arts and beauty. My early education primarily in arts and languages began in elementary school. Graduating from high school I lived in Chile, where I became fluent in Spanish. As my business has grown, I have gained extensive experience with many ethnic groups and their specific style of make-up. (Please check out the before and after photo gallery).

I am a member of the SPCP (Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals), a non-profit organization that devotes itself to the on-going education of technicians worldwide. Our annual meetings for workshops and lectures from top educators and experts from all over the world include training us on the cutting edge of technology in our field. The SPCP requires the highest standards of ethics. What does this mean to you? It means that those of us who belong to SPCP can assure you that you will be served safely and professionally.

In my practice I use a very effective numbing technique. (To be explained at free consultation.) I create a warm, private and comfortable atmosphere where your needs and concerns may be expressed, and all your questions are answered. Our beautifying procedures are performed with in a tranquil environment of soft music and colors, and you are pampered, prettied and then released with a full explanation of after-care.
